(Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commisson) under lisence number 252/14.

2. The company is a member of the Investors Compensation fund. Any investment
of a retail client isprotected by the Investors Comptensation Fund to up to
20,000 Euros.

Clients' funds are kept separetely from the Company's assets in Segregated
